💛 Update your equality policy - if you don’t have one, create one!

🧠 Provide training - Whatever type of training you go for, ensure you include everyone in
the business. You can also create focus groups where people who may be discriminated against (due to race, gender, age etc) can share experiences and suggest any further improvements that could be made to your business.

📣 Make it simple to complain - every person in your business should know how to make a complaint and who to should they face discrimination,
