Final-year undergraduate Psychology student at Oxford Brookes University with experience supporting individuals across educational, healthcare, and community settings. Alongside working part-time as a customer service assistant, I am youth Mental Health First Aid certified and have volunteered in primary school and SEN environments, dementia care, and within Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust, where I helped run mindful walking sessions to support wellbeing and community engagement.
